Mulberry Lodge is a licensed Residential Care Facility located in Mulberry, Arkansas. We are licensed through the Department of Human Services/Office of Long Term Care. Our goal is to be the top residential care facility in the state. We are dedicated to providing the best quality care possible to our residents. We offer private, semi-private rooms to meet your needs. Our services include providing three well balanced meals a day, snacks, housekeeping, laundry, assistance with medication as prescribed by a physician which will be kept in the locked medication room, assistance with personal care, scheduled transportation to local doctors and shopping, and scheduled activities that the residents can and are encouraged to participate in.

   Home health services are available if you qualify. Our Medical Director is on site once a month. Perspectives Behavior Health Management is on site for daily therapy and mental health issues. We have trained professional staffing 24/7, our administrator, Brenda Bowen is licensed residential care administrator, and all CNA’s are certified. Mulberry Lodge is owned by Linda Short and Claude & Misty Bryant.
